By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

4.1 Product Information

We make every effort to display the products and other content on our Site, including descriptions and prices, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.2 Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the Site.

 

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We will deliver products to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.

At this time, Burandt's Backcountry Adventure ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Burandt's Backcountry Adventure ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Alternative Impact is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

 

4.4 Returns and Refunds

Individuals have a return or exchange option for all new re-sellable products within 30 days of receipt:

Please ensure that items being returned/exchanged are sent back in new re-sellable condition. Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, smell, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned/exchanged.

Individual must have purchased the product directly from Burandt's Backcountry Adventure to receive a refund/exchange.

We will not provide cash back.  Return amount will be at current retail value.

Freight cost to return the item to and from Burandt's Backcountry Adventure will be the responsibility of the party returning the product.

If product is refused and not in new re-sellable condition, a BBA representative will notify you.

Pre-boxed items must be returned inside the original packaging. Please do not affix shipping labels directly to original boxes.

Return Authorization (RA) # is required for all exchanges and returns. Please contact us at 719-395-6727

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado for the resolution of any disputes.
