SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Burandt’s Black Friday Snowmobile Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on November 27th, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MST”) and ends on December 7th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).  No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

 

Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure, Inc.  PO BOX 625 Buena Vista, CO 81211. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

​HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure Online Store and complete entry form:  www.Burandtsbackcountryadventure.com.  Entrants may also enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry via a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, with the name of the Entrant, their mailing address, email address, and their phone number with “Burandt’s Black Friday Mega Giveaway” written on the entry, to: Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure.  P.O Box 625 Buena Vista, CO 81211. Attn.: Administrator. All “write-in” entries must be received no later than December 7th, 2025. Write-in entries must contain all items outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

​CONTEST RULES: Limited to one entry per eligible Entrant; however, for every $100 of goods purchased (including any applicable taxes, but excluding shipping costs), entrant will receive 1 additional entry to win: a new 2026 Polaris RMK Boost Snowmobile, Camso Burandt Edition 310 Track, EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 Polaris Snowmobile Bundle, and Klim Head-to-toe gear kit .  AND (for Active Military, First Responders and Veterans only) a used 1996 Polaris Ultra Snowmobile .  Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.  No mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  By submitting an entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on Sponsor’s websites and social media platforms. Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any entry and may remove any posted entry at any time.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential prize winners  will be selected in a random drawing to take place at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

​WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by Administrator via email and/or phone call by December 21, 2025.  Winner required to respond to Sponsor within four (4) calendar days from date of initial notification. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize.

The retail value of the new 2026 Polaris Boost 165 (“ARV”) is $35,000

The retail value of the used 1996 Polaris Ultra Snowmobile ("ARV") is $2500

The retail value of the Camso Burandt Edition 310 Track ("ARV") is $2000

The retail value of the EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3 Polaris Snowmobile Bundle  ("ARV") is $630

The retail value of the Klim Head-to-toe gear kit ("ARV") is $2000+

The prizes are subject to terms and conditions imposed by Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure, Inc.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Burandt’s Backcountry Adventure will provide a 1099 to the Winner prior to the required IRS deadline. The 2026 Polaris is awarded with warranty as outlined by manufacturer.  The 1997 Polaris Indy is not awarded with a warranty. The winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any associated transportation costs related to pick up of prize will not be provided by Sponsor and will be winner’s sole responsibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator,  their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes including but not limited to war, strikes, health crisis, epidemic, pandemic, civil disturbances, work stoppage, and/or acts of God, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Colorado.
